Who We Are
Dynamic ABA is dedicated to providing compassionate ABA services in Hampton Roads. We embrace each child’s individuality while promoting independence and socially meaningful skills to improve the quality of life for our clients and their families. Our highly trained staff are committed to safe, ethical, and effective treatment to achieve each child’s individualized treatment goals. We seek to promote a collaborative experience with families to alleviate the challenges they face at home and in the community. Our team will be a source of hope, support, and joy for our children and families.
Staff
Amy Enderli and Erin Malicek are co-owners of Dynamic ABA. With over 20 years of combined experience in ABA, they seek to provide trauma-informed and effective therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Amy and Erin are licensed behavior analysts in Virginia and board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. They have completed thorough training on implementation and coaching of Skill-Based Teaching with level 6 credentialing through FTF Behavioral Consulting.

Our team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). All certified staff are trained and credentialed in Skill-Based Teaching and have extensive experience implementing and developing ABA interventions tailored to each learner.
